The Smart Mirror is an ambient surface — calendar, weather, the day's brief — that knows when to speak up and when to fade out. Phase 3 of the platform.
What it'll be.
The Smart Mirror is glass that knows you're there. A full-length surface in the dressing area, a half-mirror in the bathroom, or a small panel in the entryway — same software, same agent, different shape.
It speaks only when there's something worth saying — a reminder you set last night, weather worth a coat, a name at the door. The rest of the time it's a mirror. The hardware should be the last thing you notice.
